Yes we know that it is not perfect! but can we focus on the positives here. Where else are you going to find 3600m2 of residential land with two Street frontages, an existing 5 bedroom house, excellent shedding and all within minutes drive to shops? We have already taken into account there is a bucket load of money required to remove asbestos, subdivision, re-stumping, completely paint, new appliances, landscaping, extra shedding etc etc so please don't tell us what's wrong with it ! We already know we're not rocket scientists IT IS WHAT IT IS ! .. oh yes please don't forget and the potential to be an amazing development site subject to council approval.
